• Does PopDesign know why my credit/debit card was declined?

  Our system charges your credit card automatically. We are not given a reason for any decline. Please verify that you've given us the correct credit card number and expiration date. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card company or bank for information.

• How do I identify Phishing or Spoofed E-mails?

  PopArt Design will never ask you for the following information in an e-mail communication:
  
  - Your social security number or tax identification number
  - Your credit card number, PIN number, or credit card security code
  - Your mother's maiden name
  
  
  Occasionally if you place an order with incorrect information, you may receive an email giving you the opportunity to correct your shipping/billing information. Never submit the information mentioned above directly through an email. • How do refunds/credits work? Does PopArtDesign offer in-store credit?

  The credit applied is always charged back to your credit card. We do not offer in-store credit. In the case of the initial order being paid by check or money order, we will issue a check for the refund amount. If we can do so in a timely manner, we will apply any due credit to another PopArtDesign order. Because we are unaware of both your intentions and any situational details, there is nothing we can do if the credit has already been issued.

• Is PopArtDesign secure? Is it safe to place my order online?

  PopArtdesign is one of the safest place you can use your credit card. It is safer than department stores or ordering by phone.

  Your order will be processed directly with Paypal, the worlds leading provider of secure merchant services.

• Which states require their residents to pay sales tax for PopArtDesign orders?

  PopArtDesign ships products from warehouses in TN. Orders shipping to this location will be charged applicable sales tax. To find out your exact sales tax, calculate the shipping rate for your shopping cart and get your complete order total.

• Why was my credit/debit card declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available?
